In light of Gov. Reynolds’ instigation of lighter restrictions on meeting, we have decided to open our doors back up for Sunday morning services at 10 AM. However, we will still observe Social Distancing practices. Here is a list of all the changes we’ve made to our Sunday morning service:
1. Chairs are arranged in small rows of 1-4 chairs to accommodate singles or entire families. There is a 6′ distance between each “clump” of chairs.
2. Communion will be self-served – we have placed communion tables at the front of the sanctuary where individuals can serve themselves during the designated communion time. The offering plates will be on these tables as well.
3. Service will operate on a new format that will be slightly shorter. We will open with 2 songs, have the message, and end with communion. Libby (our children’s Minister) has also created “Sermon Bags” for our children to do during the message.
There will continue to be NO SUNDAY SCHOOL. We will also keep practicing Social Distancing for those who choose to meet here in person (keeping 6′ apart). For those who are not yet comfortable with meeting in person, we will continue to post the service online through YouTube and Facebook (it can also be found here on our website).
For all updates and programming information, please feel free to refer to this page as well as our Facebook page in the coming weeks. Thank you for being a part of our family and, as always, do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything.
